Chastetree berry, also known as vitex, is an herb used for its hormone regulating properties, specifically to help the body produce progesterone, which is essential for ovulation and the second phase of the cycle. Taste treat berry has a pungent taste, but I personally love it and use it in a blend. I used this herb when I had troubles with absent or sporadic periods for a decade, and it really helped me.
